We know these aren’t just cardboard rectangles with shiny foil. They’re your childhood in a penny sleeve, your weekend trade memories, your long-shot investment, and maybe the one card that got away—until now. That’s exactly why we handle every order like it’s our own personal grail.

🕒 How fast do we move?

You want your cards yesterday—we get it. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays). Order after Friday noon ET? We’ll start packing it on Monday morning. Processing time is our behind‑the‑scenes magic: picking, inspecting, and wrapping your cards before they ever meet the carrier. It’s not transit time—it’s love time.

📦 Delivery options – from slow and steady to “I need it now”

Choose what fits your vibe at checkout. All delivery estimates start once your package leaves our door. Weekends and holidays? They don’t count (sorry, mailman needs a break).

Inside the U.S.:

  • Standard (3–7 business days) – reliable and wallet‑happy
  • Expedited (2 business days) – for the impatient collector
  • Priority (1 business day) – because some pulls can’t wait

Outside the U.S.:

  • Standard International (7–21 business days) – customs and local post offices set the pace, not us. We’ll get it there, but we can’t control a sleepy border agent or a holiday in your country.

💸 What’ll it cost?

No hidden math. No sticker shock.

  • Orders under $50 → flat $4.99 shipping
  • $50 – $199 → free standard shipping
  • $200+ → free expedited (2‑day) upgrade

International? Checkout calculates it live based on weight, box size, and destination. Heads‑up: you’re on the hook for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees your country decides to add. We don’t see a penny of that.

🛡️ How we pack – nerdy, overkill, and proud

Raw cards (ungraded):
Penny sleeve → rigid top loader → optional hard holder for big‑money cards → team bag → padded mailer or small box. It’s a straightjacket for cardboard.

Graded slabs:
Foam wrap → snug inner box → that box inside a larger outer box with cushioning on all six sides. We call it the “double‑box hug.” Every single package is marked FRAGILE and insured for full value. Zero exceptions.

🔍 Track your treasure

The moment your order leaves our facility, you’ll get an email with a live tracking link. For orders $500+, we force a signature on delivery—no leaving your PSA 10 Charizard in the rain by your apartment door.

😰 Lost? Banged up? Late?

We insure everything for a reason. If your box looks like it went through a Rockruff fight, don’t open it. Photograph the damage from every angle, then carefully open and photograph the contents. Email us at support@pokemonpsacards.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We’ll file the claim and make you whole—refund or replacement, your call.

Significant delay past 30 days? Hit us up. We’ll shake the carrier tree.

🧭 Wrong address? No problem (well, a small one)

Double‑check your typing. If a package boomerangs back to us because you forgot your apartment number or spelled your street “Strete,” we’ll reach out to get the fix. A $15 reship fee applies. We can’t be responsible for packages lost to bad addresses.

🎄 Holiday & hype‑season slowdowns

New set drop? Black Friday? December? Everyone wants cards. During peak times (think Scarlet & Violet launches, holidays, Cyber Week), processing might stretch 1–3 extra business days. We’ll post updates on our site and email you. Thank you for your patience—we’re packing as fast as we can.

🔁 Returns & exchanges

Check our full Refunds & Returns Policy on the website. Quick note: we generally don’t accept “changed my mind” returns on sealed product unless it arrived defective or wildly misrepresented.
